“Open The Gates” -Eoghan’s debut album- unleashed in 2020 and meticulously produced and mixed by the illustrious Brian Casey (Rowan and John Blek), marked the inception of his remarkable musical journey. His melodies have become woven into the tapestry of West Cork’s soul, finding a home in every pub, restaurant, café, and music venue. With a visionary spirit, Eoghan has forged creative partnerships with local businesses and cafes, crafting unique gigging experiences that defy convention.
Eoghan will be joined on the night by Wild Notions, with a selection of his own creations.
Wild Notions is the free-spirited alt/indie folk project of multi-instrumentalist Luc O’Rourke.
From acoustic guitar and banjo to wood whistle, buffalo drum and voice he explores perspectives on his life experiences and on life itself.
These Wild Notions come in the form of songs, poems and soundscapes, sometimes with accompaniment. Each are embellished by his studies in philosophy and human beings, years spent hitch-hiking and exploring and a clear love for nature and mysticism.
