Continuing the theme of returning performers, John Blek will be returning to The Richmond Revival, back by popular demand, this September.
A fellow Corkonian, based in Killavullen, John’s output has been prolific with his distinctive, emotive voice and layered fingerstyle guitar.
Currently in the midst of producing a new album The Midnight Ache which he’s funded through kickstarter, John Blek is an international Folk Singer whose music is written from an intensely personal place. Though not all autobiographical, like many of the great artists, an element of the artist exists in every portrait.
Tickets €22 (inclusive of booking fee) — Doors open 7pm — Gig starts 8pm
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS A minimum of 7 days notice ahead of the event date is required for refund requests. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if the request is made with less than 7 days notice. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refunds will be issued automatically.
PLEASE NOTE The venue operates a pop up café which offers a range of liquid refreshments in exchange for CASH ONLY on the night. The Richmond Revival is in the centre of Fermoy, easily accessible via Bus Éireann. There are also a number of ACCOMMODATION options available onsite. We offer budget single, twin or double rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also a self contained two bedroom suite with private bathroom, kitchenette and lounge. Please further note By purchasing a ticket to this event, as part of your admission fee, you are effectively joining The Richmond Revival Cultural Activity Appreciation Club. The rules of the club are binding — Richmond House is a private family home and people are expected to respect this — No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises — Basic common sense, decency and kindness is expected from all members.
