The Richmond Revival is delighted to host this very special concert featuring three of the finest folk talents currently taking the world by storm — Australia’s rising star Seren Spain and 2021 Australian Folk Alliance ‘Solo Artist of the Year Kris Mizzi, and Ireland’s Alan Daniel Tobin (ADT) who will be playing an official showcase at Ireland’s Folk Conference, Your Roots are Showing in January.

Currently touring Ireland and the U.K. with Kris, Seren is Australia’s rising Indie Folk star. The UK-born songstress (now living on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung country in rural Victoria, Australia) recently released her debut single You Lost Nothing which you can check out here and you can find out more about Seren here

Kris Mizzi
The Australian Folk Alliance Solo Artist of the Year 2021, Kris is widely recognised as one of the country’s finest folk voices. With a vocal delivery that’s truly unforgettable, Mizzi weaves beauty and honesty into his lyrics. His distinctive picking style and emotive storytelling have earned him a reputation for deeply intimate solo performances.
Following recent journey to Nashville, where he collaborated with top American musicians and signed a deal with TEN TEN Publishing, Kris has been writing new material for international release. He’s now poised to make his mark on the global folk music scene and looks forward to playing Your Roots are Showing.
Alan Daniel Tobin (A.D.T.)
Completing this stellar lineup is the incredibly talented, West Corkonian Alan Daniel Tobin, also known as ADT, whose songwriting and vocal prowess stand as a testament to Ireland’s profound musical heritage. His performances are imbued with vocal warmth and sincerity.
Alan is an honorary member of the Irish band, Interference as well as being a member of the alt-folk band, LOWmountain. It comes as no surprise that he has been invited to play an official showcase at Ireland’s Folk Conference, Your Roots are Showing in mid January. Alan also has a passion about Lighthouses, and toured Ireland’s coastal areas during 2024, so expect some of those tales during the night!
Alan has shared the stage with Glen Hansard, John Spillane, Jerry Fish, Mundy and Bill Shanley amongst many others.

The Richmond Revival is in the centre of Fermoy, easily accessible via Bus Éireann. There are also a number of ACCOMMODATION options available onsite.
