SUMMARY:Heart Light Touch beginner Energetic Healing Course
DESCRIPTION:If you are already a healer and would like to extend the variety of methods used\, or you are considering a path to support other people’s soul development\, but have not found the method yet\, or you simply want to live your life on a higher vibration and level of heart-consciousness\, then this course is for You. Join me for the uplifting\, Heart Light Touch energetic healing method beginner level course in Fermoy\, county Cork in Ireland.\nFine touches generate vibration in the heart and body and it awakens the ability of self-love and self-healing. The Heart light method is a pure\, efficient\, pampering method to support people on their journey\, releasing and healing their emotional wounds and bringing their life back to balance.\nThe method is based on Rainbowlight energy\, which is a pure\, angelic\, unconditional love energy. The healing uses gentle strokes\, it is a touch based\, mostly non-verbal technique. We work on the spiritual\, emotional and physical body level\, plus the chakras.\nThe Heart light beginner course includes the following:\n– Handing over the technique of the gentle\, pampering Heart light method on a beginner level\n– We learn about the basics of energy healing\n– We talk about the shift in consciousness\, ascension on Earth – a solution for humanity’s future\n– We learn about the 11+2 chakra system\, 7 core + the spiritual chakras\n– We activate the 11+2 chakra system through meditation\n– We learn a daily chakra cleansing practice\n– We learn about light body activation + mantra\n– We talk about the Heart light method and its courses in general\nThe Rainbowlight energy channel\, that we anchor during the course\, helps you live life on a higher consciousness level. If you choose conscious living\, you can change your world and your loved ones’ world around you. The energy channel you will be connected to can be used in everyday life to support your environment\, work\, travelling\, dealing with children etc. not just in healing. It can bring positive changes and will attract miracles into your life. Heart light is not just a method\, but a lifestyle\, a decision that you want to live your life in peace and love\, with forgiveness in your heart.\nTESTIMONIALS AFTER HEALING SESSIONS:\n“Nora’s work is truly from the Divine” – (Ireland)\n“Nora’s gentle energy and Heart-light healing therapy is like entering into the angelic realm and allowing them to bless you and open your heart. In that space\, all fear is gone and only high vibrations exist\, lifting us higher and filling us with divine unconditional love. After the treatment\, I felt such peace\, inner love and contentment that stayed with me. I don’t know how she weaves this magic but I’m excited to learn more from her gifts. Thank you Nora ????????” – (Ireland)\n“Wow\, thank you. It is hard to find the right words to describe the treatment today. It felt like I was being gently touched by angelic forces awakening an inner sense of tranquillity\, peace and love. I felt like I had transcended to source consciousness where everything was at peace and all was divinely connected…. SUMMARY:Moon Mná Circle
DESCRIPTION:I invite you to join me for a Goddess of Unity – Moon Mná Circle\, a gathering of like-hearted soul sisters to celebrate being a woman in our modern world. For millennia our foremothers sat under Seanmháthair Gealach\, Grandmother Moon in Gaelic and shared\, laughed\, cried and healed together. I am honoured to host this introduction to the traditional ways of the Divine Feminine in sacred Circle as we explore what it is to be a woman today. I will hold sacred space as we share an energetic cleansing\, do a little journeying\, share our thoughts\, and enjoy a Water Ceremony before pondering our ‘Soul Moment’ and heading home to celebrate life with this experience in our hearts.\nSince my awakening I have always deeply connected to the different aspects of the Great Goddess and it is a real passion for me to bring back the Celtic traditions\, wisdom of our ancestors into women’s circles. I also believe that when women come together to share\, deep healing invisibly takes place for which I am happy to hold a safe sacred space.\nTIME AND LOCATION\n10:30 -13:00pm 5th April Wednesday morning. Please be on time to respect the circle\, thanks.\nRichmond House – College Road Fermoy P61T292 \nBOOKING AND PAYMENT Please confirm your place by emailing me at heartlighttouch@gmail.com or text or WhatsApp 0831685718. \nThis is an introductory circle\, so it is a complimentary gathering\, donations however are welcome towards my work and costs of the event. The circles will be regular monthly events\, with different themes connecting to different phases of the moon and Celtic Goddesses with the exchange of 20EURs. I look forward to sitting in Circle with you under the wisdom of Grandmother Moon\, as we come together to know and honour the Divine Feminine within. \nBRING WITH YOU\nYoga mats and cushions to sit on and a shawl/wrap or blanket to snuggle in. You are welcome to bring a snack to share if you wish.\nWith lots of love and light\nNóra Hormay\nHeart Light healer and teacher\nAscension wayshower\nwww.angelicrainbow.com

SUMMARY:Culture Night - Mike Roche Trio
DESCRIPTION:Our program of events just keeps getting better and better!  We & ye are so lucky to have the Mike Roche trio perform in the Walker suite here at Richmond for what should prove to be an excellent unique performance in an ambient setting. \nSinger/Songwriter Mike Roche has been consistently releasing new songs since his debut single ‘Confess’ (which received national and international radio airplay) at the end of 2020 and has plenty more lined up for the rest of 2022. \nMike recently supported Jake Carter and now has ambitions of building upon this and performing around the country with his band consisting of internationally renound electric bassist Peter Brown and the exceptionally talented percussionist Ronan Hickey. \nThis is a limited seated performance so come early to avoid disappointment.

SUMMARY:North Cork Art Music Festival - Eve Clague
DESCRIPTION:Scroll down for tickets \n  \nFinishing off our series of concerts is the unbelievably talented Eve Clague. This is a gig you do not want to miss! \nEve Clague is a singer-songwriter who draws on the rich variety of music she grew up with in her home and community to create a highly personal and direct style of songwriting. Eve has toured nationally with a number of bands as a vocalist and sax player\, and has clocked up more hours as a working musician than most artists in their mid twenties. However\, it was her enrolment in Cork School of Music (MTU) in 2014 which really gave Eve the time and space to develop her songwriting and collaborate with a huge range of like-minded musicians. \nSince then\, Eve released her debut EP in 2019\, a single in 2020 and she is currently working on a new album.\nHer EP ‘Young Naive Me’ received many plays on national radio stations and abroad as did the single titled ‘Down Down Down’. \nEve has developed a self taught fingerpicking style of guitar with folk/jazz elements and hints of Joni Mitchell\, Nick Cave vibes. \nWith a band made up of well known players from Cork’s jazz/neo soul scene and featuring some of her own string arrangements\, Eve’s music crosses genres very naturally in songs which centre around her acoustic guitar and deeply honest vocal style. \nEve has performed at events including Cork’s Quarter Block Party; Body & Soul; All Together Now; Cork Jazz Festival; International Guitar Festival; Quiet lights festival. \nEve has plans to release her debut album later in the year followed by a full Irish tour. \nFor this performance Eve will be joined by double bassist Niall McGuinness. \n \n \nProceeds from this event go to a local charity. \nThere may be some tickets available at the door but we advise you book early to avoid disappointment.
