Since the Covid restrictions have lifted and life is slowly but surely returning back to normal, we have decided to make three of our large ground floor rooms available to rent for private use. These rooms could serve any number of purposes and of course are in an exquisite setting. We welcome in particular, practitioners of the arts and are always interested in collaborating with individuals to enhance the cultural life of the town and offer alternative activities and services to Fermoy.

The Drawing Room
The Drawing room or as we call it (The Father Ted Room), is an ideal room for informal gatherings. We have comfortable seating for up to 15 people.Nollag na Mbann Wine Tasting (Womens Little Christmas)
The Ball Room (Craft Room)
Originally the Ballroom of the house, the Presentation sisters used it for more practical purposes. We hope to restore this room in time but at present, it serves perfectly as a craft room and has so far been used for art classes, upholstery, sewing, picture framing and a plethora of other practical activities including the making of lanterns for the festival of light (winter solstice) and the making of puppets for the 2020 Fermoy Street art.North Facing View of the Orchard from the Ballroom.Karen Clancy Art Teacher in action in the Ballroom
