These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, ticket purchases, accommodation stays, and venue hires at The Richmond Revival, An Gáirdín Rúndach, College Road, Fermoy, Co. Cork, P61 T292. By making a booking, hiring the venue, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Information
- The Richmond Revival operates as a sole trader.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings may be made via our website, phone, or email.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for accommodation and venue hire.
- The balance is payable on arrival.
- Payments are accepted by cash or bank transfer. We do not currently accept card payments.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Deposits for bookings are non-refundable, except at the discretion of management.
- Bookings are non-refundable.
- Event tickets are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event. Refund requests after this period will be considered but are not guaranteed.
- If The Richmond Revival cancels an event, ticket holders will receive an automatic refund.
4. Liability
- The Richmond Revival accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence.
- Guests attend and use the premises at their own risk.
5. Guest Behaviour
- The Richmond Revival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave inappropriately, disruptively, or unlawfully.
- Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises from outside.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
6. Venue Hire
- Venue hire is based on a contract between the hirer and The Richmond Revival.
- Hirers are liable for any damage to the property or facilities during their hire period.
- Hirers must comply with all applicable legal requirements (including music or performance licences, where relevant).
7. Accommodation
- Check-in: From 3:00 pm
- Check-out: By 11:00 am (unless otherwise arranged)
- Pets are permitted, subject to prior agreement.
- Shared spaces must be respected and kept clean.
- Quiet hours apply after 10:00 pm. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
8. Amendments
The Richmond Revival reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
