Al Porter will be road testing new ideas and work shopping a new show from scratch as part of his pre-tour tour at The Richmond Revival this May (that’s why it’s €15 you lucky things!!).
This will be an intimate, up close show with Al, ahead of the tour for his new show ALGORITHM. ALGORITHM is about trying to find a formula for living in a world on fire. Just like online, in life, you’ll see more of what you pay attention to and Al’s always on the look out for the upside!
Al is one of a very few Irish comics EVER to be nominated for the Oscar of Comedy — The Perrier Award — which to date has only been bestowed to fellow Irish comedians Tommy Tiernan and Dylan Moran back when they were in their prime.

He returned to selling out theaters from 2023 again with his critically acclaimed show “Now”. This was a set that was seen to shoot from the hip.

Cancellations & Refunds: A minimum of 7 days notice ahead of the event date is required for refund requests. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if the request is made with less than 7 days notice. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refunds will be issued automatically.
Please Note: The venue operates a pop up café which offers a range of liquid refreshments in exchange for CASH ONLY on the night. The Richmond Revival is in the centre of Fermoy, easily accessible via Bus Éireann. There are also a number of ACCOMMODATION options available onsite. We offer budget single, twin or double rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also a self contained two bedroom suite with private bathroom, kitchenette and lounge. Campers and camper vans are welcome. Email the venue directly for further information.
